Who we are

Rollford Research is a product of Euvoca LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These terms apply to every report, ledger, subscription and custom pull you buy from us.

What you are licensed to do

Your purchase gives your company a license to use the material inside your organization. You may quote individual facts in your own proposals, plans and reports. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the ledger or a substantial part of it, or share it outside your company.

Sources and accuracy

Everything we deliver is compiled from public records, and every fact cites its source and the date we checked it. We work to keep it accurate, but public filings change and sometimes contain errors. The material is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Verify any fact at its source before relying on it for a bid, a contract or a financial decision. We do not guarantee any procurement outcome. Nothing we deliver is legal, engineering or financial advice.

Corrections

If you find an error, email connor@rollfordresearch.com. We will correct it, and note the change, within five business days.

Payment, renewals and refunds

One-time reports are paid in advance. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew unless you cancel before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time by email. If a report does not match its description, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it or refund it.

Personal information

Our records hold business contact details that public agencies publish, such as a purchasing office or a public works contact. We do not compile consumer or household data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
